Services include telephone support, on site call outs, hardware servicing, including a diagnostic check of all major hardware components and cleaning of computer interiors. A full service also consists of removal of unnecessary / temporary files and a hard disc defrag.

Remote software support is also available for quicker response times. Management service of third party suppliers, such as Internet service providers, data centres and backup service providers can be arranged.
